Agreed. It’s the first time I’ve used pistachios and only because I had run out of pine nuts and walnuts. Never going back, lol

We always have a pasta course for TG and it’s always homemade pasta. I’ve been doing stuffed pastas for several years now but wanted to go back to basics with tagliatelle. Dressed with pistachio pesto, which was a big hit. Nothing like fresh pasta. 😎

If you’re like my family, lucky enough to have been somewhat unaffected by, so far, by this administration’s corruption and vindictiveness, have a happy Thanksgiving and keep those who aren’t so lucky in your thoughts.
