You can condemn murder and political violence without whitewashing Charlie Kirk's shameful history of hate, racism, white nationalism and promotion of dangerous conspiracies that radicalized Trump supporters to violence.

You can do both.

ICE is going to get someone killed.

This was outside 100 Montgomery in SF’s Financial District.

If you needed proof these rookie hires aren’t trained, here it is. Real feds de-escalate. They call for backup. They don’t drag people down the street w/a car.

Hope everyone’s OK.

My intention with #CockpitCasual going forward is to drop 4-5 episode series’ at least twice per year - kinda like a mainstream streamer show. The first of these dropped yesterday on YouTube! A Life Nomadic kicks off here with a little history of Nomadic, then rolls into a 737-300 ferry.

I missed out on the YouTube craze and don't really watch it much. However, I am obsessed with @stevenomadic.bsky.social 's Cockpit Casual. There are some similarities between freight dawgs and ferry pilots— though they're far more badass than me! Great work, Steve!

For more detail on the second GOP scam Greg references below, see this report: www.co-equal.org/legislative-...

Bottom line: The Reagan, Bush, and Trump I tax cuts "have added over $10.4 trillion to the federal deficit since 1981."
For 50 years GOP has employed 3 big scams:

*deficits pose dire threat only when Dem is in WH
*tax cuts for rich pay for themselves
*safety net cuts needed to purge welfare cheats

w/this bill, Trump's "working class GOP" is supercharging all three

New piece from me

Last night a bunch of Republicans in the House were saying how awful this bill was.

Only took a couple hours, some merch, and a few words from Donald Trump, and they’re lining up to rip away health care from 17 MILLION people.

I’m sadly not surprised — but I am still outraged.

GOP: this bill is fucking terrible. It’s going to kill people, explode the deficit, and completely kill the renewable energy market in the US.

Also GOP: so anyway, here’s why I’m voting for the bill

So in the US there is a Republican politician that needs to hide from his own party for the next 24 hours or 17 million people are going to die. We've got the real life squid games thanks to Trump.

This is not about the merits of Iran’s nuclear program. No president has the authority to bomb another country that does not pose an imminent threat to the US without the approval of Congress. This is an unambiguous impeachable offense.

It's understandable we all mostly take it as a given that Trump doesn't bother to adhere to Constitution or the laws passed by Congress, but it is still both (a) absolutely necessary for our democracy and (b) good political strategy for Dems to file articles of impeachment over this.
There's no declaration of war, and no AUMF that covers this. Entering this war is wrong on the merits; we had a perfectly peaceful way to address Iran's nuclear program. It's also unlawful. A democratic republic should not be able to enter a war of choice on one man's say-so.
The US has hust dropped bombs on three Iranian nuclear sites, according to Trump, bringing American military forces into Israel’s war with Iran.
