Apple could tell iPhone users very clearly to expect some slowness and heat for a couple days or so while a new iOS update is indexing & other housekeeping — but I can only assume they don't because those symptoms trigger more people to update their hardware.

I think for Neon Genesis Evangelion to *really* hit, you had to have seen it when you were Shinji's age. I was fourteen when I first saw it, and in many, many ways it's like looking into a damaged mirror across the younger cast. Life changing stuff.
