I’m trying to build some endurance to run outside. Currently, I’m up to 25 minutes at 4.5-7 with a 1.0 incline on the treadmill. I’ve only been going for about 2 weeks and it’s only 2 days per week. I think if I can stay consistent and add variability, I’ll be ready for the outside by spring.

Especially sites that will send you all the “we saw you looking emails” clearly if I wanted it, I would have bought it. Then that turns in to endless ads for a product you didn’t end up buying.
Every company website is so desperate. You're on their page for five seconds and they want to send you notifications for the rest of your life. It's like if you asked somebody at an airport how to get to Terminal D and they told you, then got down on one knee and proposed.

I wish I could do stretching like this. Hopefully these hip workouts and yoga continue to help. My hips are so tight. I keep trying however.

Yoga went great today. Managed to do tree pose for the first time. Consistency is key and I’m getting stronger.
