When Hegseth went on his ‘fat troops & fat generals’ rant did he think about the BF% of an average Trump rally? Or has he ever seen the dude he was opening for? Donnie Meatloaf wears a ‘fn’ girdle.

basically everything about this is wrong and horrifying but I'm stuck on the absolute fucking chutzpah you'd need to lecture professional military personnel like this after you personally texted wildly classified war plans to the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic
Hegseth: "It all starts with physical fitness and appearance. If the secretary of war can do regular hard PT, so can every member of our joint force. Frankly, it's tiring to look out at combat formations and see fat troops. Likewise, it's completely unacceptable to see fat generals and admirals."

In Hungry, citizens are in the streets protesting Orban. They are emphatically saying to US citizens to fight for our democracy. They should know.

How much money are we spending on the military planes returning immigrants to their home countries. Also, are they even bothering to find out where those folks are from? Do they care? When is the last time they've lived in their 'home' countries?

BREAKING: The Senate has just voted to confirm Pete Hegseth, a drunken, out-of-control abuser, as the weakest Secretary of Defense in history.

This was the closest vote for SecDef, needing the weird couch guy to break the tie.

It's a sad day for America.
Hegseth is a DUI hire.

Hardly a surprise but it's still difficult to fathom the level of contempt Republicans have for servicemembers to allow this low-life untreated-alcoholic rapist TV show host with no qualifications and no redeeming qualities to be Secretary of Defense.
Pete Hegseth nomination vote...51-50

Our new Secretary of Defense.😳

Murkowski, Collins, and McConnell voted 'No'

Vance was the tie breaker...

At least Fetterman voted 'No"

The roll call vote will be posted here later this evening...

Neither were U.S Citizens when Marco was born.

Under Donald Trump’s executive order, his Secretary of State would not have been born a citizen.

Republicans and Trump's nominees are pushing for Medicaid work requirements.
They think people are mooching off the system.

But 64% of people on Medicaid already have a job. Most others that don't have a valid reason.

It's a solution in search of a problem that doesn't exist.
