Leander, Texas voters could vote 8 times between November 2025 & 2026. Even engaged voters are unlikely to know of this many opportunities & the general public will have no idea. It's time to build awareness about what election dates are coming & who's on the ballot! aimforimpact.com/election-dat...

Right, the answer isn't to abandon the party to these weasels.

The answer is to flood the party with people who will take it over and transform it.
Hey, a lot of people are talking about changing affiliation from Democratic to Independent.

Let me tell you why you shouldn’t do that in Colorado.

One of the main ways to get a primary challenge candidate on a ballot is to caucus for your party. You need to be registered as a Dem to caucus.

Challenge: how many elections of any kind will voters have an opportunity to vote on in your area between now & November 2026?

If you don't know, check city, county, school district websites & ballotpedia.org
Start a list & start educating people around you!

Can anyone top 7 possible elections?

More Than 170 U.S. Citizens Have Been Held by Immigration Agents. They’ve Been Kicked, Dragged and Detained for Days.
The government does not track how often immigration agents grab citizens. So ProPublica did. Our tally — almost certainly incomplete — includes people who were held for days without a lawyer. And near...

Very straightforwardly detained by secret police for speech. I honestly don't know what establishment figures are telling themselves any more to avoid cognitive dissonance over this shit.
ICE arrested comedian Robby Roadsteamer for singing a parody of Rod Stewart’s “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” in a Jeffrey Epstein the Giraffe costume outside their facility.

He sings “If you hate brown people / and you are a Nazi” and ICE thugs grab him and drag him into detention. No violence—just speech.

Your right to read is being infringed upon, and librarians have become the first responders in the fight for democracy and First Amendment rights. Texas has become ground zero as sweeping book bans are adopted at an unprecedented rate.

I can’t believe I’m watching interviews of city mayors talking about how they are coordinating with other mayors to discuss how to protect their residents FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

I know we are “used to it” but it is absolutely insane

The second amendment guarantees the right to a militia to guard against federal tyranny. But if a president can use that force against its own state, against the wishes of that state, then it is no militia at all and a clear violation of the second amendment.

LOL. Talarico is amazing.
Talarico owns Will Cain so hard that he has to tap out of their interview based on "time"

Candidates in other states need to replicate this.
Zohran didn't win by relying on standard turnout patterns. We had to fundamentally transform the Democratic electorate.

I was part of a group of NYC-DSA members that applied lessons from our previous campaigns to design the “universe” of voters to talk to. Here's how we won 🧵

This is so, so shady and it happens anytime there are election results that career politicians don't like.
Look at how Republicans are planning to gerrymander deep blue Houston—and my congressional district specifically:

If it's produced, streamed, or owned by Paramount, I'm not watching it. They don't get a view from me. They don't get a dime from me. Call it a boycott. Call it whatever you want. Colbert is the only Paramount property I'll watch until May, and after that, I'm done with them.

CBS: We're cancelling the #1 latenight show "purely for financial reasons."

Everyone: Right, it's called a bribe.
CBS canceled Colbert’s show just THREE DAYS after Colbert called out CBS parent company Paramount for its $16M settlement with Trump – a deal that looks like bribery.

America deserves to know if his show was canceled for political reasons.

Watch and share his message.
