You can always tell when folks who didn't grow up in nature are getting into a mystical nature kick because they talk about forests like they're these serene, perfect, peaceful places. No friend, nature is scary and tense as fuck and you're looking at a place where things live and die BY THE MINUTE.

How far will this go? If you are in need Impossible Foods is offering to send households 2 coupons for free products. It may take some time to get the coupons in the mail. At this stage there is probably a good chance of getting them before Thanksgiving.

📚💙 The last 10 days of Oct were rough personally. I didn't read as much as I had hoped. Overall it was a good month. Highly recommend reading Endangered Eating. I want to dig into the Ark of Taste and see what foods may be super local to me.
