If we're not at war, Pete Hegseth is a murderer. If we are at war, Pete Hegseth is still a murderer. He's a murderer. And you don't need to go to The Hague to hold him accountable because there are perfectly good, American laws AGAINST MURDER.

Pete Hegseth Should Be Charged With Murder
No matter how you look at the strikes on alleged “drug boats”—as acts of war or attacks on civilians—Hegseth has committed a crime and should be prosecuted.

We may have lost this battle, but after last night, it's clear we’re winning the war.

Because a swing of 13 pts to a progressive in a district this red says only one thing: no one is safe.

A reckoning is coming—one that will remove these Nazis and corporate hacks for good.

Organize. Resist. Vote.

The depth of the shame of a country this wealthy and abundant allowing its people to go hungry is impossible to measure. The fact that a handful of people could fix this by paying their fair share of taxes while still remaining obscenely wealthy makes it even worse.

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.

And the lawsuits will follow promptly. Government shutdowns give presidents no additional authority to dismiss federal workers. We’ll fight these outrageous assaults on civil servants and public services.

Reality Check!

12 million Americans in GOP-held House districts are covered by health plans purchased thru ACA exchanges compared to 9 million living in Dem-held districts.

Of the 75 districts where at least 10% of the people are enrolled in ACA, 47 are represented by House GOP.

Forty special elections across the country since November 2024 and average margin of Democratic over-performance is 15 points. In 2017 the Dem over-performance was 10 points. And in 2022 there was no Dem over-performance in specials. This is huge headed into next year's midterms.

In a sane world, Fox host Brian Kilmeade would be fired and shunned for his depraved comments that homeless people should be euthanized. That’s sick (and deeply ignorant), but sicker still is that it’s tolerated.
