A Jan. 6 rioter who was pardoned by President Trump and released from prison last week is being sought on preexisting charges in Texas of soliciting a minor online.

i think the best way to understand the supreme court's conduct in trump v. united states is as an explicit effort to intervene in the 2024 election on behalf of the former president. it is a gross abuse of power on par with dred scott and deserves to be met with sanction from the elected branches.

We are at a point where if the Republican leader goes on TV and instructs his followers to murder their neighbors, there will be massacres in every city and township, yet if anyone suggests drastic measures be taken to curb him and his party, it is they who are framed as dangerous radicals.
