Whatever the EEOC website says, the Supreme Court's Bostock ruling is still on the books
❕The EEOC has removed language from their website that states that sexual harassment includes harassment regarding sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy.
This suggests that harassment for any of those reason are no longer considered sex discrimination within the workplace
