1 in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage so if you haven't been touched by this grief yourself, someone you know has been. We've suffered 2 miscarriages this year and it's been really tough. If you have suffered it really helps to talk about it. Don't be ashamed. Don't blame yourself.
