It would be nice if Nick Robinson on Radio 4’s Today program gave the same scrutiny to Nigel Farage as he’s given to Ed Davey of the @libdems.org.uk

British media pumps out daily propaganda pieces for Farage, fails to offer *any scrutiny* and basically legitimises rampant racism, then puts on its ‘innocent face’ and clutches its pearls at the rise of the far right…
What a grim betrayal of our democracy.

Reform, with 0.7% of all MPs, featured in 25% of BBC's recent 10pm news bulletins
Astonishingly, a party with 18 times as many MPs as Reform has received one-third less coverage on BBC News at 10.

Appalled by the violent scenes of police being attacked at the Tommy Robinson rally today. Those responsible should face the full force of the law.

These far right thugs do not speak for Britain.

The government must give the victims of this appalling scandal the compensation they deserve. It would be a milestone for carers across the country, and a victory for all those who have campaigned tirelessly for justice.

@libdems.org.uk wade in on the demand for fair coverage. But it’s not just about the BBC! all our PSBs are overplatforming. We need fair coverage now. @greenparty.org.uk @snp.org @plaidcymru.bsky.social should also join campaign for fair coverage of all our parties. Our petition nearly 17k sigs
The BBC must balance their political news so it doesn’t boost Nigel Farage’s dangerous, divisive politics.

This week Nigel Farage went to America to badmouth Britain, even comparing our country to North Korea.

He’d rather cosy up to his MAGA buddy mates than fix problems here at home.

We are demanding a profit cap to stop this exploitation and put funding back into the SEND system, where it belongs.

Today Reform banned the pride flag, the NHS flag and the White Ribbon flag (end violence against women and girls) from being flown at county hall.

A needlessly sad day for Lancashire…but those of us who fight their toxic politics will never stop until they are out of power in our county.

The SEND system urgently needs fixing, but Ministers mustn't use that as an excuse to balance the books on the backs of disabled children.

The government cannot continue to ignore the voices of SEND children and their families.
We urgently need a new National Body for SEND.
