So the executive order today that not only criminalizes but institutionalizes mental health disabilities is not only super Nazish- but also can be used to easily set up legal pretense to label folks like trans people as “mentally ill” so they can round us up into prisons or camps.

I don't actually think you get to unilaterally declare nonbinary people who have never identified as such as transmasc/transfem purely based on their sex assigned at birth. Nonbinary people aren't just some middle point on a sliding scale between man and woman.
