May be true but I feel like the mayoral election showed us that white hot rage from a disorganized opposition isn't enough to unseat an incumbent
Folk who think Walz is DFL’s best shot in 2026 should realize he may be among the worst. Sure, it’s the New York Times, but the headline “How Fraud Swamped Minnesota’s Social Services System on Tim Walz’s Watch” crystallizes how Ds can’t depend on GOP failure forever. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/29/u...

Anecdotal, and ofc lawn signs don't vote, but I'm seeing an odd mix throughout East Harriet and KF. Bassais/Dwayne, Linea/Jazz. Frey is probably the most common but it's not him against everyone else the way it was in 2021.
In Minneapolis’ odd-year city elections, a small set of deeply engaged voters can play kingmaker. Turnout data from the last three mayoral races indicate that as residents of Ward 13 vote, so goes the city’s highest office.
Why the path to the mayor’s office runs through southwest Minneapolis
In recent election cycles, support in the affluent, high-turnout 13th Ward has proven key to victory.

I went to get a burger at this plant-based diner in Ft. Greene called The Slutty Vegan. When I walked in, the cashier yelled “WEVE GOT ANOTHER SLUT AT THE DOOR! WHAT UP SLUTS!!” and I walked out
every new restaurant in every major city is either called Thistle+Thorn and thinks adding turmeric to brussel sprouts makes them worth $30 or is called Burger Bitch and has a neon sign in the window that says “im gonna fuck a hamburger”
