Except, it's not 'comedy of errors', is it? Jimit Jain wasn't forced to eat a chicken burger. He was billed for one due to a mistake. The staff apologised and he was offered Rs 100 as compensation. But his "mental distress" was such he took them to court asking for 2 crore.
