If you rename your avatar's shader to one of the VRChat mobile ones you can upload for both platforms without switching materials. It'll apply fallback shaders on Quest as usual.

Fun fact: the C in CPU actually stands for Central, as in Central Processing Unit. There's also the GPU, the MPU and the PPU. Those are the Greenwich Processing Unit, Mountain Processing Unit and Pacific Processing Unit.
the “C” in “CPU” stands for the C Programming Language. CPUs are called that because they are a hardware implementation of the C Abstract Machine as specified by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 22/WG 14.
