Heavy emphasis on period products!
If you are a person who regularly donates items for food banks, please also consider adding cake mix and icing for birthday cakes and period products. Both make life infinitely nicer for folks who need something nice.

My infectious disease doc told me today hospitals are starting to get the 6 month HIV prevention shot. If you are high risk make sure you ask your doc about this! Especially if you can’t tolerate PrEP for some reason
