Zen complaining about “woke ideology” suggests to me she’s been complaining about “woke” stuff behind the scenes for a hot minute now, the question I have is whether she realized this kind of outfit would be controversial or not. I believe she’s crashing out but revealing some things in the process

i think people should keep in mind that the call center being stressed does not mean the company as a whole is stressed. the target companies make their money by basically taxing a large portion all transactions. even if you 10x the cost of operating their call center, they'll barely notice it

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

I run customer-facing teams and getting a deluge of complaint calls between Thanksgiving and NYE is literally a nightmare scenario that risks turning into a cascade (a couple people quit, more work for the rest, so a couple more quit, etc)
we will NEVER have more leverage than now through NYE

This is what happened to me. Employers across the board need to be aware of how harassment campaigns work and do better to protect their employees from them. These people should not have a platform to profit off of harassment.
