Every single local grade school in my city has community safety patrols to defend children & their parents against ICE. Most are founded by &/or partnered with school boards.
These are not extremist, violent positions. These are working people protecting their loved ones from the American gestapo.

It’s every other day for me since my late 20s. I’ve taken breaks due to injury, and found every other day is enough to feel good without over-stressing things.
+1 to this. i have taken to trying to do a 30 minute jog on the treadmill most days and it has done wonders for my health and general state of mind.
not gonna evangelize about it but tbh coming to understand the value of cardio is one of the biggest positive changes I've made of any kind to my adult life, for whatever that's worth
