A driver who flipped his car, left the scene then lied about it being stolen to Police has avoided jail or any driving ban.
Why?
Because “he’s now driving for Amazon” and “has expensive car repayments to make”.

"Judge Aylmer said it could not be ignored that Mr McClelland was not wearing high-vis clothing at night and it was unfortunate that a lamp above him was not functioning properly at the time."
These are not mitigating factors:

The council said that, as part of the application process, schools and sports clubs are required to outline what they are doing to promote cycling and active travel for their students and members. Priority will then be given to those who are actively promoting cycling and to those who have not received cycle parking to date.

14 crews in total are out clearing storm damage and will work until daylight ends. Biggest issue they are facing is that there is a lot of trees which have not fallen but are dangerous. Please stay clear of electrical cables.

This is so beautiful. I can't imagine the heart ache of the AOD team after all the incredible design that was destroyed by a publisher forcing out an unfinished product. It's lovely to see the remasters are going a step towards addressing that.
