The fact they are being given more routes is absolute insanity given their contract was renewed last year in spite of service issues. Last week my bus was cancelled so I had to wait for the next. Fortunately I wasn't getting any of the five after that since they were all cancelled.

I don't think the GoAhead contract should be renewed again. They were failing to meet service obligations but the contract was renewed any way under the condition their performance improved. It has not.
