I need some sourdough starter. This is they year of home fermentation. Kefier, kombucha, kimchi whatever
unrelated to anything i have been messing around with a low hydration starter for my sourdough. 60% water and 50/50 white and rye flour. will be interested to see how it bakes when i get around to using it, although i did use it to make a levain for some sourdough flatbread and it was super vigorous
