Der OGH ist nicht sehr begeistert von der sogenannten künstlichen Intelligenz, jedenfalls wenn sie so eingesetzt wird wie bei dieser Nichtigkeitsbeschwerde
Rn. 10 des Beschlusses OGH 7. 10. 2025, 14 Os 95/25i: Das weitere, mit zahlreichen Fehlzitaten (betreffend einerseits vorgebliche Verfahrensergebnisse, andererseits zum Großteil gar nicht oder jedenfalls nicht zum angegebenen Thema existierende oberstgerichtliche Entscheidungen) durchsetzte, offenbar ohne fachliche Kontrolle (vgl aber § 9 Abs 1 RAO; RIS-Justiz RS0120395) durch sogenannte „künstliche Intelligenz“ erstellte Vorbringen genügt dem Erfordernis, Nichtigkeitsgründe deutlich und bestimmt zu bezeichnen, also einen Nichtigkeit begründenden Sachverhalt auf einem dem Obersten Gerichtshof als Höchstgericht angemessenen Argumentationsniveau (vgl 11 Os 87/15a ; RIS-Justiz RS0106464 [insb T10]) anzuführen (vgl § 285a Z 2 StPO), nicht ansatzweise und entzieht sich daher einer inhaltlichen Erwiderung.

To the contrary, the government they devised was defective from the start, requiring sev- eral amendments, a civil war, and momentous social transformation to attain the system of constitutional government, and its respect for the individual freedoms and human rights, that we hold as funda- mental today. Spannend auch das Kapitel zu d Einstellungen zur Neutralität: Von allen abgefragten Funktionen d Neutralität bekommt die identitätsstiftende d meiste Zustimmung ("ist Teil der staatlichen Identität Österreichs"). Der Schutzfunktion (vor Angriffen, Kriegen) wird weit weniger Bedeutung beigemessen.

Der frühe Kelsen ja, etwa der von 1932 ("Man muss seiner Fahne treu bleiben, auch wenn das Schiff sinkt ...").

Aber nicht mehr der Kelsen von 1953, der, zu wenig beachtet, ein Selbstverteidigungsrecht der Demokratie anerkannte.
