I don’t like agreeing to plans too far ahead because I can’t predict how I’ll feel on that day. At the same time, I don’t like last-minute plans either, as it’s too short notice. Anyone relate?

I'll admit that I occasionally watch Forged in Fire (a reality show where people make edged weapons under time pressure—don't judge 😄). One of the things I find particularly interesting is how the contestants continually make the same mistakes that brought down contestants in previous shows.

Maine banned fluorescent lights (thankfully). My lab just switched to LEDs.

Quieter, whiter, supposedly better. But the new light flipped a switch in me & I spiraled into #DPDR: depersonalization/derealization.

Here’s what that feels like ⬇️

A valid argument. Counterpoint: You can pry my em dashes from my cold dead hands – I simply can't be stopped.

I dunno if this is a hot take, but I actually really like how movie Link and Zelda look. It's referential to a few eras of the games but also very toned down and simple. I generally hope they don't try to guild the lily with this movie and this is a good sign. www.nintendolife.com/news/2025/11...

I'm usually pretty good at recognizing voice actors and remembering what they sound like, but I have yet to recognize Xander Mobus in anything despite him showing up everywhere.

He's in Pac Man as the evil ghost tree, and I legit thought it was Dan Castellaneta doing a Vincent Price impression.

But nope. Money always wins, LOL. They're back for Toy Story 5. We'll see how this goes: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGBg...
