Another account posted that far from dividing institutions like the NHS, immigration is actually holding it together. This is a reality I can personally and happily attest to in my own recent dealings. The more this is looked into the more it seems to be a vain pandering to the Reform headbangers.
The birth rate has been falling since 2010 and now sits at a record low of 1.41 children per woman. Net migration appears to be on a steep decline dropping by 50% in the last year. We have 100,000 unfilled posts in the NHS alone. This is a huge looming economic issue. But yeah take their jewellery.

The GE last year was such a relief after the performative cruelty of the Tories (remember Jenrick’s Disney murals?) but here we go again! If you want to stop the boats, offer safe and legal routes. And we NEED immigration in the U.K. Why is this so hard ? So disappointing!

The UK in microcosm? Bristol today - some 75 people gathered outside an hotel housing asylum seekers protesting their presence. Over 300 counter protestors also gathered to counter them! Why on earth do Labour think cruelty is what is required? It isn’t. At least by the vast majority.

Labour has got it so badly wrong. When Yvette Cooper started with 'smash the gangs' I was dumbfounded. I thought she was both sensible & intelligent. I want Labour to show compassion & care for everyone. Their example really hasn't helped with this rise of racism & yobbery we've seen.

The palace have now confirmed what a lot of us were really concerned about… Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor WILL have a hyphen… strikes me as downright profligate with punctuation! Do they think we are made of hyphens? In these days of austerity this is typical of the tone deafness of the establishment!!
