I am closer and closer to using "creative accounting" to withhold federal taxes - on the grounds that federal taxes are being used for unconstitutional acts.

I am closer and closer to using "creative accounting" to withhold federal taxes - on the grounds that federal taxes are being used for unconstitutional acts.
