Hearing that the DOGE chaos hurricane is hitting HUD soon, and the plan is to devastate federal housing funding. Let's be clear: this would cause a cascade of catastrophic impacts nationwide, shutting down housing and dumping families into the street.

One reason to want Hochul to wait two more weeks before beginning the process to remove Eric Adams
If Adams is removed from office before 3/26, the special election held would be NONPARTISAN.
That would mean 1) Republicans would get to vote in it 2) as would voters without party affiliation.

Update update: 24 hours in and aside from a sore left arm, easily managed by ibuprofen, no real aches or fatigue. I feel lucky. But even if both vaccines kicked my ass this weekend, it would have been worth it. Get your shots, y'all!
Update: COVID and shingles vaccinations are in! Ache levels are okay so far, but I did take ibuprofen as soon as I walked through the door back at home. We're staying home for Valentine's Day in any event so it's all good.
