‘A third of GP appts June were carried out either over the phone or online
Up from 30.9% in June 2024, & 28.3% in June 2023’

But TOTAL appts
‘25 30.5m
‘24 28.1m
‘23 29.3m

Face to Face increasing
‘25 19.3m in 21d = 919k/day
‘24 18.3m in 20d = 915k/day
‘23 20.1m in 22d = 914k/day
