DOGE is working *extremely hard* to keep these details under wraps. In the SSA case in MD, they refused to give the court names of its employees at SSA.
In one little noticed example, Elon Musk and DOGE have sought a rare "writ of mandamus" from the DC Circuit to block Judge Chutkan's order to reveal more details about DOGE staff and authority by April 2.

The greatest political scandal today is not what Trump is doing. It is the fact that congressional Republicans have given up their role in the constitutional system as a check on the executive branch. If we are in a constitutional crisis, it is as much on Mike Johnson and John Thune as anyone else.
