Well the Christmas tree is up. Not sure what this is. Some kind of spruce - white spruce, maybe.

I don't know, seems to me like it's getting dark much earlier this fall. Feels like winter already.

Gotta say, it's impressive how Maye just casually steps up in the pocket and shrugs off the sack. You'd think he's been doing this for 10 years. #Patriots

We were listening to some selections from The Cult's 1985 album Love last night. Mrs commented that bands don't know how to rock out like that anymore. Maybe radio stations are just too pop oriented now, but I'm inclined to agree.

Watched Planet of the Apes, the 1968 edition of course. Interesting how the themes of politics, tech gone bad, animal rights, and inherent human weaknesses in this 60 year old flick resonate today.

Bumblebees in our wildflower garden! Nice to see them, since they were a bit scarce back in the spring.

Found this little guy today, not much bigger than the green acorn he's sitting with, munching on nuts in the driveway. He was completely disregarding what I was doing, so much so that I almost walked over him.

#CatOfTheDay Max is 11 and had been indoor/outdoor in his previous situation. Now looking for a new, loving home where he'll have the space he needs to adjust and learn to trust. Best as an only pet in an adults-only home. #Adoptable in Concord #NH! 😺 www.adoptapet.com/pet/44939734...

We’re partnering w/ a number of groups participating in an #economicblackout THIS Friday, 2/28.

Do not spend, if possible.
No Starbucks on your way to work.
No drinks w/ the coworkers after work.
No dining out.
No Walmart run.
No quick McDonald’s drive-thru hit.

Hurt their wallets!
