Book Cover: Cat’s 🐈‍⬛ People, written by Tanya Guerrero. This book was so kindly gifted to me by a fellow cat lady that came to BlueSky from the “other” place where we were mutual Follows. She’s quite involved in TNR and kitty rescue work and I’m so glad she shared this delightful book with me. Cat people are pretty wonderful. This book tells the power of loving and caring about a single stray black kitty, Cat, to bring good into the world. And look at that tipped ear on the book cover!!! 🖤

Gonna be honest. This is time consuming BUT my cats are both good drinkers probably because of it so it's worth it 🐾

I have a total of six water bowls throughout my house (upstairs and down) that I wash and refill daily. They're all ceramic and in various depths and sizes so there's a variety. Filtered well water in four if them and Mountain Valley Spring water (comes in green glass bottles) in the other two.

We have one rule at our house: Cats can do anything they want as long as it's safe for them to do so (they go up on tables, countertops but aren't allowed down cellar because there's stuff they might get into down there.)

Also, no disturbing cats when they're eating, sleeping or using the litterbox
