#Trauma can be the cause of perfectionism and overwork. That's part of how I responded to my extensive trauma history. Did this help me excel at a top 10 law school and become a judge? Yes. Did it often make me miserable with anxiety? Also yes. #recoveryposse #PTSDWarrior

A long time ago (mid-90s), I was in college & feeling ambivalent about it.
BUT, I was in a "post-grunge" band that meant everything to me. I literally thought that we'd all just be sitting on a porch at 80, talking shit.
Rest in peace Danny Phelps. You were the best of us. 💔

#RecoveryPosse Some days my sobriety is really tested. What I thought was a routine vet visit today ended up at MedVet - found out that Bailey has untreatable cancer on her heart and liver. She’s the best dog ever and we’ll make sure she goes out in style. ❤️ #Sober #Labradoodle
