I’ve decided to embrace the cold temperatures instead of complain about something I can’t control and stay active: laundry, a walk, art exhibition, bought food, cooked falafel, cleaned the house, more laundry, watched a movie, listened to Rosalía’s Lux and now some reading.

My life is so much better, I'm healthier than ever, my relationships have improved, I've learnt how to take care of myself and I now enjoy life like a little girl... who would have said it!

I just went into a mall and in 3 minutes I got offered lotion for the circles under my eyes, a new anti-wrinkle gel and a new magical diet program, when all I was looking for was a backpack.

Yesterday at the NA meeting was the most handsome guy in the world. This is the second time I've seen him. At the end, he gave me one of those tight hugs that makes you feel like you're back in your crib for a few seconds.
