The hours of sleet/snow/ice mix that we got last night, in between two bands of snow, packed and froze this too hard for me to shovel it this morning. My post op sternum was sore after just a couple of tries. 😭 Molly will have to potty on snow until Hubs wakes up to clear it.

I check my labs at home on Tuesdays and adjust my blood thinners as needed, to stay in range for my mechanical heart valves. This week I was too thick to fix with my meds alone, and had to add twice daily injections until I’m back in range. I just rechecked labs. I’m moving in the right direction. 🙏
