Good morning my loves 💝 happy Tuesday. I had a hard time getting to sleep last night. Sadness and anxiety along with postnasal drip made it very difficult to sleep. I will be gentle with myself today. I'm going to the gym after work and will do some yoga. 🧘♀️

Good morning my loves 💝 happy Tuesday. I had a hard time getting to sleep last night. Sadness and anxiety along with postnasal drip made it very difficult to sleep. I will be gentle with myself today. I'm going to the gym after work and will do some yoga. 🧘♀️
No more news for me today. There's only so much I can take. 🙏 I have my nutritionist appointment after work then I'm going to sound bath meditation. I so look forward to the sound bath. I also meditated this morning. Self-care is a must for empaths. 🧘

According to report, the administration aims to build several facilities that could hold up to 80,000 immigrants in warehouses at a time. The article also says one senior ICE official described the plan as “similar to an Amazon Prime warehouse, but for people.”

I sense a lot of darkness coming. It's scary but I can't let fear paralyze me. I will stay grounded on the present moment. I'm human, though. It's okay to be afraid. We just can't let it rule our lives. 🙏

OMG I'm so excited, I found a beautiful state park in the Catskills for our first hike of 2026. I'm SO excited. One of my goals of 2026 is to hike more!!! 😍

I saw a decently sized buck on the way back from my lunch. I looked up the spiritual significance of seeing one and it symbolizes strength, courage, and assertiveness. I like that. 🦌
