Lo dicen como si la decisión de comprar o alquilar dependiera de la persona y no de su situación. La inmensa mayoría preferiría comprar (más ahora que es más barato que alquilar). Lo terroríficamente difícil es acceder al capital inicial para hipotecarte.
Pagar un alquiler ya es más caro que asumir una cuota hipotecaria en todos los municipios españoles de más de 100.000 habitantes, salvo Donostia, Marbella, Cádiz y Palma

I just loved watching interviews in which Sean Baker sings praises, in part of his own because he also cast for Anora, but just watching him being in awe of Mikey for her work process before and during filming. *That’s* a good filmmaker. ✨
