I got my cholesterol and A1C back in the normal ranges this year. I also went down 1-2 pant sizes. It's been 2 years since my PCOS diagnosis and I feel like I finally have a handle on it.

My nose has been pierced for almost 4 months. I'm in the airport and needed to blow my nose, so I did. Why were both pieces of my nose ring in the tissue afterwards. I just fought with this piercing for 30 minutes to put it back in. It was my first attempt at replacing my nose ring 🫠

My thermostat isn't functioning properly, I can't see the temp in my apartment, nor what it is set on. It's cooler outside and maybe even time to turn on the heat, but I refuse to do so without being able to see the temp cuz I cannot afford a high ass had bill. Maintenance hasn't come to rectify it.

Today I rested. I worked out, ate breakfast, got my covid booster, took a bath, took a 3 hour nap. Then I took myself to get a seafood boil and someone else paid for my meal. What a peaceful day.
