No big deal, but the Alberta government just increased the fee to submit a citizen initiated petition from $500 to $25, 000. After the separatism initiative was approved, but before Corb Lund's coal mining petition gets re-approved. No political shenanigans going on here.

The Raccoons remains a beloved Canadian television show 40 years after it debuted.
But the story of The Evergreen Forest and its inhabitants all began with a Christmas Special that aired in 1980.

Can we talk about THIS page for a minute?!?

AHS, while under the direct command & control of Smith and the UCP ACTIVELY destroyed evidence provided to them?

And records were withheld despite Smith’s promises?

The AG comes just shy of calling a coverup!

This is really the fundamental question right now. Is it officially the Premier of Alberta's job to be an oil lobbyist? Even at the expense of some of the most critical events in our Province? I suspect many think it is.

At tonight’s “consultation”…

When a high school kid tried to raise concerns about the teachers strike, Bruce McAllister cut the kids mic and then suggested his parents should have beaten him more.

Listen to the clip yourself…

It’s…

The reason so many Canadians increasing feel like “fuck Alberta” when they hear this shit is that Alberta separatism is driven my greed and climate denial above anything else.

They can’t claim some unique cultural or linguistic reasons like Quebec (whose separation I also don’t support).

He stood at my doorway back when Kenny took over the party and when I asked him why I should vote for him he said as a party insider, he could be the voice of reason and fix the party from the inside, But since then he's done nothing for this province but sit back and watch it burn and fan the flame
Does Ric McIver is the slimiest worm.

He promised to hold the UCP accountable and RAN on that as his MLA role (to be the red tory in the sea of UCP) and yet... look at this.
All I can say, is we knew they were turncoats, unfit & incapable of rising above their own biases to govern for the greater good but to betray our nationhood forevermore to be known as traitorous, quisling petrocons wow. Seems there’s always been those types in history but I’m appalled it’s the GoA.
