The 14th Amendment says if you were involved in an insurrection you can't be president. SCOTUS said they won't allow anyone to enforce that because of reasons they made up.

Ich war weiß Gott kein Freund von der Farbaktion aufs Brandenburger Tor, aber dafür die Aktivisten zu 8 Monate Haft auf Bewährung zu verurteilen, wie heute geschehen, während Raser mit mickrigen Bußgeldern & 2 Mon. Fahrverbot davonkommen, ist einfach vollkommen daneben & steht in keinem Verhältnis.
