Seems to me that a big competitive advantage could be gained in a few years by the companies that hire, develop and invest in young talent now - while the other companies look round their offices at bored old twats all running out of ideas and watching their businesses die around them

I feel like he still makes way too many unforced errors to think about him contending for slams. You can't gift Alcaraz and especially Sinner so many freebies and expect to have a shot at beating them. He's young, plenty of time to get there but still a long way to go
