If you find a fawn curled up hiding in a field LEAVE IT ALONE! The mother is in the area and will return. If you pick up the fawn and take it to be rescued you are the one killing it.

Arrrgh. That feeling when you spend the week practicing spelling words with one of your first graders only to get their spelling test back and realize you practiced the other first graders words (who also doesn't have tests)
