I think I need to do an introduction. I am Randy Patrick. I am a retired geologist who specialized initially in micro Paleontology and Paleontology. I love school, so I continued with other degrees and Geo chemistry and planetary geology. I worked around the world and taught. I still do geology.

What too few journalists are noting is that by ordering his minions to go after Liz Cheney, Trump is not JUST setting up enemies lists (he had them in first term, they just didn't get reported well), but going after MoCs.
The way GOP politicians are coalescing around a completely made-up narrative that Liz Cheney should be prosecuted should terrify the American people. I know we have gotten numb to the outrages, but this is truly next level. What happened to Navalny in Russia could happen here.

The sad reality is, the overwhelming majority of Americans don't know there's a voter for the Speaker going on, don't care & won't be able to name him after the vote. This is what happens in a country where civics education is no longer universal. Its absence lets darkness settle in over democracy.
