As far as I can tell, the number of active-duty military who have publicly said they'll refuse an illegal order is ZERO.

Sadly all our active-duty military personnel are cowards. Hope I don't ever have to trust any of them to defend my country.

There is not one member of the US military who will sacrifice even one thing in order to disobey an illegal order.

Sorry. All the decent people left already. Everyone still there is all-in on Nazi, and viscerally hates the US Constitution.

If Michelle Obama ran for President against Nick Fuentes of "Your body, my choice, forever" fame, Fuentes would win a majority of white women (and a landslide among white men).

And she'd poll at 70% right up until election day.
Do you want to know why Michelle Obama won’t run for president?

Here it is, and she’s not wrong…

In case you wondered why only the dumbest, most right-wing whackjob Republicans (MTG, Mace, Boebert, Massie) supported the Epstein discharge petition, it's apparently because they were the only Republicans gullible enough to believe that Trump had nothing to do with Epstein.

Say what you want about Joe Biden

And you did

A million times

But he had basically the same Senate Democrats

And he kept them in line

Through much tougher votes than this

The correct thing to do is to make every Senate Democrat beg for mercy. They’re all guilty. If not for this vote, then for letting Schumer remain leader after the previous nonsense in March.
I mean they do fear the base, which is why people who are not in the immediate line of fire didn't vote for this. They just don't think there's a large splash zone for that rage or that it will last until they're on the block
Dem pols really have 0 fear of their base and that kinda has to change.

Remember what Bernie Sanders asked of his volunteers and donors, and what he actually did in a room of 48 Dem Senators.

Fucking coward when it mattered. He's an independent. He can quit the caucus which has accomplished literally nothing.

He won't ever make a real stand.

Fucking poser.
Tonight was a very bad night.
November 10, 2025 at 4:13 AM
Tonight will be remembered for decades in the future as the moment that the last hope for American democracy shot itself in the brain on the heels of a huge victory while basking in the approval of its millions of supporters.

Nobody will ever get it. Future generations will call it "The Event."
November 10, 2025 at 3:29 AM
ALL Senate Dems support Schumer, and Schumer has now caved FOR NOTHING every time it mattered.

Not one dollar for any Senate Dem EVER. They won't listen to phone calls (they all go straight to voice-mail that's full) but they'll listen when the money dries up.

Musk money is gone, so is ours.

If Democrats get no concessions, then what they are doing is casting blame on themselves for the shutdown,
November 9, 2025 at 8:55 PM
Remember that if Republicans had spent any time at all this year working on budget bills that were due October 1, they could have passed them using reconciliation with zero votes from Democrats.

They created the shutdown crisis because they were staying away from work, over the Epstein files.

New York millionaires: threatening to flee the city since 2009

New York's failure to do redistricting (owed largely to Cuomo) led to the House loss in 2022.

Why haven't we moved on this when every other state is doing it the other way?

What all the little politics nerds get wrong isn't even a clear moderate vs progressives thing—it's that they're totally out of touch on the high-information vs low-information axis.

Politicians can change their issue positions and voting records and 85% of voters will have no idea!

It's bizarre to watch reruns of cop/law shows from several years ago, now that we're living in an age where every cop, DA, and judge is either on the take or under indictment by the corrupt system.

They thought people would get caught for corruption, and then they thought they'd get punished! LOL

If you live in a blue state, your taxes went up during Trump I to pay for tax cuts in red states.

And during Trump II all federal payments to blue states have been cut off, first in part during DOGE and the rescission, and now completely during the shutdown.

You pay everything and get nothing.

If Reagan were alive today Trumpies would hate him the way they hate the Bushes.

It doesn't matter what Reagan said about tariffs. The foundation gave Trump the headline that it was "edited" and nobody will ever read more than that.

A whole party constantly fucking the memory hole.

I was genuinely annoyed that it's not.

The platinum coin was considered outrageous when it was proposed as a simple legal way to get around the stupid unconstitutional debt ceiling.

Today they could make a platinum coin at 10:45 am and it would be forgotten already by noon.
I feel like there’s Internet personalities who I remember complaining about the (legal) platinum coin who have not complained about the (illegal) transfer of funds to pay ICE and service members
