Harvard has set an example for other higher-ed institutions - rejecting an unlawful and ham-handed attempt to stifle academic freedom, while taking steps to make sure students can benefit from an environment of intellectual inquiry, rigorous debate and mutual respect. Let’s hope others follow suit.

He should be fined by the SEC for making the equivalent of false statements in order to impact markets/stocks. AND he should have charges for insider trading since his billionaire friends just scooped up a ton of their own stock in the last two days clearly knowing he was going to do this.
