@mark-carney.bsky.social your behaviour without clarity of purpose is enabling this very bad behaviour ps. We need more than your economic ideas we need to hear about the fundamental daily living issues equally
We need real rent control. Permanently affordable, public, non-profit, and co-op homes. A fairer landlord and tenant board.

That's the fight. And I'm not backing down. (2/2)

It is yet another attempt by MAGA to diss us and divert attention from a tanking economy and growing discontent.

You will be wondering because some models are catastrophic some less extreme. Your conclusion is correctly in between these, and then realize that this median is scary and more than enough for rational minds to realize action is now not later.

So apparently this is fine but Canadian governments using advertising to share views with Americans about trade is completely inappropriate.

In Budget 2025, Canada’s new government is focused on supercharging our economy — by launching the projects that will create new high-paying careers, attracting world-class talent, and making it easier for companies abroad to invest in Canada.

Essential reading to ponder the reality of living today. Great line - "tip our hats to fossil fuels" that got us here, but that was then and this is now. We need to move forward on a true cost of living, now. Not tree-hugging anymore, that's a yesterday term, it's survival of our kids/grandkids.
