Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.
My guess is that this will get worse as AI tech improves. For instance, fake videos of minorities doing crime.

Labour looking at Reform's racist policies and saying "we"ll have some of that". These aren't just discriminatory, by making migrants meet higher standards than the average person, they automatically treat migrants as if they are criminals on community service.

over the past month or so i’ve seen a handful of explanation posts on the viral 6-7 thing that one of the younger gen’s is apparently crazy for.
still haven’t seen is at all beyond those post telling me how crazy viral it is and kids won’t shut up saying 6-7.
this is probably a good thing
