Russians are massively ranting against Azerbaijan, often using supremacist and self-victimising rhetoric. This is good. Azerbaijan is unlikely to be affected by this hate speech, but the latter may contribute to a better understanding in Azerbaijan that Russia is a friend to none of its neighbours.
