I just put rice in the taco beef to stretch it. While I’m glad my mom and my HomeEC II teacher taught me depression-era skills, I am pissed at the oligarchs for making me use them, and I REALLY don’t want to have to dust off any more. And god help us if I have to use margarine again.

Because of the shopper yesterday and my order getting completely screwed up I had to do another order tonight to try to get what I needed. It’s good I did bc so many things were refunded yesterday that there was still half my SNAP left.
