I haven’t posted about it but someone close in my fam is being treated for stage 4 colon cancer right now. He’s 43. Treatment is going well so far and he has every resource/privilege/support you could ever hope for but it’s terrifying and it really sucks. If you’re a candidate at all, get screened.

One of the things I think Ds could have done better today would have been to laugh at her more fulsomely. (I generally think they did the best they could do with that shrieking harridan.)

So, my takeaway is she is still the odious harpie that she was in the Senate hearing but it went less well for her this time. I think it would be hard to any kind of neutral observer could think she was anything other than unhinged.
