The precookedness of the jarring process is exactly why i use jarred/squeeze garlic, bc raw alliums hurt my stomach.

Not making a moral judgment here, but on a pure facts-about-food level I feel like not enough people know that jarred garlic is effectively *already cooked* due to how it’s processed and preserved and that’s why you need like eleven tablespoons of it to add any garlic flavor to anything
